A suspected fake Prophet, Tunde Keshinro, 49 has been arraigned before a Lagos Magistrate Court for allegedly luring a house maid, Onyinyechi Abraham 26, to steal the ATM card belonging to her employer, Ruth Ihenacho for him which he allegedly used to withdraw the sum of N1,550,000 from her account.

A police source alleged that trouble stated for the prophet, a resident of 11, Oseni Close, Ijora Badia, Lagos on 5 November, 2018 when the complainant received an alert of N1,550,000 withdrawal from her account and confronted her maid whom she normally send to the bank with the ATM Card, to withdraw money for her.

Her maid was alleged to have told her madam that she did not withdrew any money from her account with her ATM card, but that she gave her ATM card to a man who claimed to be a prophet at Tejuosho market, Yaba, Lagos and told her that he saw a vision for her that if she was able to steal her employer’s ATM card for him to pray for it, her way would open for progress and that she would become a rich person.

Following the alleged revelation by the maid, the complainant reported the matter to the Divisional Police Officer, DPO in charge of Ajah Division, Ajah, Lagos who directed his men to fish out the said prophet and they arrested him at a hideout in Lagos through tracking.
