DMX’s 12 month prison sentence for tax evasion will soon be over .
According to TMZ, DMX’s lawyer, Murray Richman says that the rapper will be released from Gilmer Federal Correctional Institution on January 27th and he’s excited to get back to his music and movie career.
The lawyer also added that DMX is excited to get back to his huge family, especially his 15 children. He’s anxious to see his youngest son, Exodus Simmons, who reportedly has had some serious health issues.
DMX also has offers waiting for him once he’s released as well. He’s reportedly been getting offers from movie producers about a biopic.
Aside from that, he’s also been writing a lot of songs while serving his time, so he’s planning on dropping a new album when he’s released.
