depending who earns the cash, men should normally do,but if there is a situation where it comes to be that the lady earns the cash and the man got nothing, then the lady should be incharge Wink

Should be reciprocal, but sometimes when the girl provides, the guy tends to take advantage of her.

it should be the man but in a situation where the gurl has money, sometimes she can still do something for her guy

It takes two to Tango..... but i will always prefer to be a gentleman and bread winner of the house. anyone my Lady is making will be for savings, incase for future need  Wink Wink
