Election rigging has started even before voting !!!! Why is dguy's name written in Capital and all other in small prints  According to section 15 sub-section 11 of voting act 52 of Naijaplas 2010, it sates and I quote "When ballot papers shall be printed, no candidate shal receive undue favour either in writing, spealking, or any for of campaign...".
