Wow,  look at Rwanda with a population of 12.5 Million. But there is this country with over 140 Million people na.  Rwanda’s Minister for Information and Communications Technology, Paula Ingabire. She announced that Rwanda is set to open its first smartphone factory, making it the first in Africa to locally-manufacture phones. Beauty +Brains
