when u married u and ur husband had become one so u have to do things together so that the family will move forward, there is nothing bad in having joint accont u people will know how to manage the money together eg paying children school fees, clothing, sending money to both parents etc.and above all the two partner should be faithful to themselves not that ur husband will be colleting like 50000 in a month and be telling the wife that his salary is just 20000 the two should be faithful.
yes i agree with u.u and ur husband are one.

girlly money na your own, your work as a wive is to be a help mate, you can assist him with your money for whatever reasonable project he might want to embark on but your salary is yours to spend

My dear, money matter is a serious issue in marriages........whether we like it or not, it is one of those issues that have broken so many marriages!...........Therefore before intending couples marry, they should deal with this issue.  You and your partner need to agree whether to have a joint account or not.  Yea there are couples that do have such.  You could ask your partner to make suggestions!  If I were you, I would bring some percentage to help in the running of the house, the rest is saved for future business venture!.........anyway dats what I would do though!

Firstly, let your husband know how much you earn, cos the money is for the family upkeep not for you only.
Secondlly, pay your TITHE.
Thirdly, spend your money judiciouly cos you worked hard for it, not a dash and every penny spent should be accounted for.

You may have a joint account with ur husband and also a personal account. Your husband should have his personal account 2. Dependin on how much u both earn, u may share d responsilities-he may be responsible 4 payin d rents, children skool fees, etc., while you take care of d feeding, electricity billsand other bills. All dese shud be spelled out 4rm d beginnin. U can make adjustments later if d need arises.

its no longer "my" salary, its "our" salary. the two of u have become one so once the two of u get a joint account, the both of u need to talk about spending habits
