Africans are always african... Ignorant and stupid. For every world cup, sex workers are always onsidered during the budget. They serve the purpose of keeping crime in check and boosting visitors spendings especially on drinks. But these things are arranged between brothel owners, ministry of health and the police and are never made public.

Africans always do the opposite of everything they learn from the west. They do it all wrong. It shouldn't have gone that loud and never should have asked to import sex workers as this will definitely cause them to fail its projected purpose.
