It takes a deeper understanding of societal setup
there are different levels of people and of age categories in societies as recognized in civilized societies - the most vulnerable ones are the kids or children aged below 18 yrs or age .
Society needs to protect these ones until their brain is matured enough to reason like adults . Most peoples lives get screwed up because of desperate individuals like this drug barons . and this is the reason they need to exluse him and his like from a civilized society . The likes of him are only meant of the jungle .
