My state governor says Bayelsa is heavily indebted. this he gives for the inability to pay salaries and carry out infrastructural development. As i write this, no one in the state knows how much was owed, how much has been paid thus far and what is left of the debt and we have being paying this debt for the three years or so of his administration. is he lying?
