some Kidnappers operating at the Southern part of the country were arrested and paraded by the police command today. interestingly an Assistant Commissioner of Police, ACP was involved. Too bad.

From a look at the picture, the man is wearing the rank of an assistant commissioner of police (ACP), so there is a mistake in the headline which is supposed to read ACP and not ASP.

unless you are reacting on a different thing but if it is on the rank i saw on the man's shoulder, it is ACP , ASP you are refering to is 2-STAR, 3-STAR DSP, EAGLE-SP,EAGLE +1STAR CSP so the op is correct.
