That guy need to be turned to the ICC (International Criminal Court) which is 90+ countries strong; arrested, tried for (maybe) fairness and judge by the International Court. There is no room for fanaticism in this day and age, like child abuse, slavery, religious fanaticism, be it Christianity, Islamic, Buddhism or whatever your religious faith is. It is absurd to be hearing and reading such a senseless act in the 21st Century.
