The Army Officer Working With Billionaire terrorist Kidnapper in Taraba State has been identified. The police authorities has unveiled the rogue army officer, Captain Tijani Balarabe. Capt Balarabe allegedly instructed his men to rescue the Taraba billionaire Hamisu Bala Wadume after killing 3 Nigerian Elite Police Bala Wadume, The Kidnapping kingpin has been re-Arrested from his Kano hideout and is already singing.
