they derive wahala,problem,troublem,heart attack,short life sperm,expose to diease,high bleed pressure, low sperm count,lost concentration, confused,make promise n not fulfillin,not be free to move at day time only at 9ite so tht pple will nt see him n d other girl etc.but i think it not adviceable just do it one at a time.
