Be The Judge Of This Case: She Went to Jail For Not Killing Her Hubby & Then The Worst Happened

A woman was accused of killing her husband, his body was never found and she was sentenced. Years after serving her jail term, she found out the man is living with another woman. .

She went and shot the man several times and he died for real this time around and she was re-arrested for the same murder on the same person.

As a judge, will you look at the case as a fresh murder or will you look at it as a crime she already served the term?

That means she was convicted of manslaughter earlier on, now she will go in for a life sentence or death penalty based on 1st degree murder 'cos a weapon/fire arm was used.
With a good lawyer though there might be plea on the basis of insanity, non the less she will be locked up in an asylum/ mental facility.

If she was convicted for 10 years  then  now she should get lesser conviction because she was wrongly confronted before  and i strongly believe that prompted her recent crime.
