Lionel Messi beats Cristiano Ronaldo to win the best FIFA player of the year 2019, a victory that has been welcomed with controversies especially by Cristiano Ronaldo fans who felt the award should have gone to their man! The other winners at the FIFA football awards include:

Coach of the year: Jurgen Klopp
Goalkeeper of the year: Allison

I am a Ronaldo fan but for once,let me be happy for Messi....,when you front VVD ahead of Sadio Mane that carried Liverpool on his shoulders all through last season,just because he fits the role and the other too dark to be named the best,then an undeserving winner like Messi should be applauded.

You said it all bro..u said it all!they keep shouting VVD forgetting that when the attack and midfield are very good, it makes the defence look very good as well...VVD is good no doubt, but he is nowhere near Sadio in deserving both european player and fifa player of the year awards
