Has corruption really eaten deep into Nigerians. Kogi INEC Rec, Prof. James Akpam has been caught in a telephone chat that exposed him saying the APC mounted pressure on him to alter the result of the election in Kogi. He further revealed the margin with which Dino Melaye, the PDP candidate won the said election.
Since then, he has never come out to deny the allegation.
