  , one needs to be careful, one thing we observe is that the gateman became a killer after seeing the new car his employee purchased, he felt cheated in life and that he deserved more,  also he felt his young employer does not deserve that, so he took his property. The lesson is, do not let your employees see your wealth or newly acquired wealth, as much as you can make it possible, hide what you have.

The second lesson is the mindest of some workers, who are not ready to improve their skills to gain more income, rather they want to take what others have, analyzing the perspective of the workers could help prevent this kind of incident.
