This was almost certain to happen, the PDP has not gathered adequate momentum or power to unseat the APC in Kogi state and unfortunately with the rife lack of education, large scale rigging and general corruption there was only ever certainly be one outcome for yesterday's election in Kogi state - that is APC winning by a landslide. That is what exactly has happened and as expected the PDP has already rejected the results, so far. Here is the cumulative statistics for the governorship elections so far:

Like I said earlier Musa Wada may not get up to 200K votes. There must be more cancelled votes than gap between him and Yahaya Bello for the election to be declared inconclusive; as it stands, yahaya bello has won the elections conclusively even without paying worker's salaries for all the years he has been ruling the state. So far, the results announced by the Independent Electoral Commission put him ahead of his PDP rival, Engineer Musa Wada. There are 21 local councils in Kogi.
