This Instagram vendors have struck again with another scandalous outfit delivered to a buyer.

A lady is presently in tears after she ordered online for a fine black mini skirt  and something similar to a polythene bag was sent to her.

She struggled to wear the outfit which looked like something that could tear off the next minute.

The seller just like her other colleagues in the scam business has vowed never to refund her money.

E-commerce which is supposed to make business dealings easier has been abused by online petty traders in recent times.

Not only the shape but the fabric. Unfortunately, Nigeria is not ripe for ecommerce becos there is no law that enforces transparency on both sellers and buyers.
