Cadanre I don't worship Jesus Christ, I worship our Heavenly Father. You see Jesus give us specific instructions that we pray to our Heavenly Father and use His name Jesus Christ. Since He told us this, I worship our Heavenly Father Jehovah, the Almighty God and give thanks to Jesus Christ who is my Savior and mediator between me and God. Jesus Christ is not a God and so why should I worship him? Over and over in the bible Jesus said Father, Father. When the disciples asked Him to teach them how to pray, He started with Heavenly Father. Over and over Jesus told us that He is the Son of God and some times He referred himself has the Son of Man.

The bible cannot lie (even though there are conflicts but we should remember that it is written by man) and so when Jehovah told us that we should have no other God but Him, He means it. In my understanding this also means His Son. So Jesus is not a God for me to worship. Jesus told us that there is only one Lord and He is our God. So what more prove I want to know to see that Jesus Christ is not a God for me to worship. Hugs
