You know, when we discuss underdevelopment, religious violence, tribalism/racism  and other  "Nigerian factors", everyone turns to governments. But the fact is that even if we have the best people in power, who `re dedicated, determined, selfless & ready to deliver, the mindset/mentality of average Nigerians (men & women alike) will still locate us and throw us back to the gutters.

We dream to have beautiful environment, strong economic force, the best educational system & atmosphere, democratic govts., security, uninterrupted power supply, good transportation system & road network, a functional legal system... just like Europe & America (& even Asia & South-America) but those are almost unachievable because the success is greatly based on the mentality of the majority.

Except we develop our minds, our environment will never be developed!
And except we accept "the change", the Nigerian Dream will remain unrealizable!!!

You have spoken like a politician,however, you have also to know kindly that every society has got their own problems. You have talked of racism-Don't blame nigerians for racism because racism is Europe and America is worse-you need to see for yourself,like be there. Europe and America are two unique hell and paradise...............they have enough problems! Our Nigeria, yes we acknowledged kindly, there are problems but we take pride for what God has given Nigerians!!!!

I am not an advocate of men who beat women. If a woman slaps a man or constantly hits her man, she is unconsciously telling the man that she is man enough to engage him in a physical challenge. I don't see anything wrong if the man accepts the challenge. If a man being human is expected to walk away no matter what the woman does, the woman is expected not to slap or hit a man no matter what the man does. Most laws I know have exceptions or reversals. Therefore, a man not hitting a woman should have exceptions: IF THE WOMAN DOES NOT THROW THE FIRST PUNCH

1) your spouse will always look like a restless child u won't find any reason to beat her, if your marriage is based on true love
2) some ladies might find it FUN, but not all ladies will accept this kind nonsense.
