I love myself, my colour and all God has given me. I am proud to be a black man. We should learn to be proud of ourselves. No white man wishes to be black; so why are we killing ourselves to be white when God has made us Black? Those who bleach their skins have some forms of inferiority complex to address.

Seriously, I do not know my sking color.

Thank God for some Knowedgeable chemistry teacher my set had in the secondary school.
He told us to avoid creams with Hydroquinone and anything mecury based. He also said that we should watch out for anything contains sunscreening agent.

I thinkg a most Nigerians do not even know what products can bleach and what can not. Some become addicted to bleaching their skin after a few trials of those immoral products.

@Bettychy, I would say that the National Orientation Agency in Nigeria is comatose. Come to think of it, Fela has done the most work on enlightening people on this bleaching matter.

Need I say that have read somewhere that the White-Man is lacking some DNA strands - I think three DNA strands if my brain serves me correctly this time.
I would say, we are more complete than the white-man. Pardon my partiality. I am black.

It could be that I had always met the "wrong" people, It could also be that people would not like to treat this topic from a lit angle.
Whichever way, the truth remains that this is a reality about so many men and women of black African heritage.
