Only in a FAILED State where terrorist and their sponsors are in control of government will terrorist groups be referred to as repentant terrorist. It's time for the Nigerian Armed Forces to issue arms and ammunition to those men and women who left the force with good records to help secure the Country and recruit million to their ranks, and four million more police officers will not be too much for a Country of over 200 million people. State governments should have armed community police in all local areas. Prayers cannot save Nigeria, all citizens should and must be granted guns for self defence.
