Deputy Governor Lands In Trouble After Transferring Covid-19 Fund To His Girlfriend's Account

The deputy governor of a Nigerian state has reportedly gotten himself in serious trouble over the handling of COVID-19 funds.

A Deputy governor in one of the states is in trouble for not coordinating the COVID-19 containment campaign well.

Following the release of a N250 million vote for the purchase of basic items to curtail the pandemic, His Excellency wasted no time in transferring the cash to his female friend’s account.

The state is still waiting for the supply of the essential medical supplies.

The attitude of the  deputy governor has forced the state to lag behind in anti-COVID-19 campaign.

It must be a truth, because what APC government is doing is to collect and share; not minding the consequences. The said an  Italian man brought corona virus, we took it as a joke but see the problem the poor people are facing in Nigeria. Corona virus is now a big business for Nigerian politicians. No human feelings, no sense of belonging, no fear of God; yet  the government hide the perpetrators, because they know themselves and how they play their games. It's unfortunate the masses suffer, God save the poor citizens.
