The deal in this case is that Mrs Ibru has returned the amount of which the prosecution has evidence against her. The amount which they do not have the evidence cannot be challenged further, hence the low sentence. In all I am not happy with the result because this lady stole billions and has just returned peanuts and she is receiving a low sentence of which she will not even serve.
