Davido has released his new studio album titled "A Better Time", which is one of the most hyped music albums in 2020. The album consists of several international collaborations with American artists like Chris Brown, Lil Baby, Nas, Nicki Minaj and Young Thug.

Although, Davido has claimed not be in competition with Wizkid, the timing of his album appears to be very close to Wizkid's recent album release which had received a raving review by many fans. Davido's new album does really leave some more to be desired, whilst we are familiar with some earlier hit singles that were released prior to the album release - Single such as "Fem" and "Lala" sounds familiar, the other tracks seem to have lacked the range and depth you would be expecting from such a hugely hyped album. Perhaps this is the type of album that will grown on the listeners after few replays. For us at Gistmania, it remains a 6/10 album for now, until we find some reason to rate it otherwise.
