You Are Now Hisbatekun.- Shehu Sani Condemns Amotekun Over 'Indecent Dressing' Rule

Nigerian politician, Shehu Sani has condemned Amotekun corps for saying it will not tolerate indecent dressing and bas­tardising of Yoruba lan­guage by the youths.

 
The Osun State commandant of the regional security net­work, Amotekun, Amitolu Shittu said this during an interview with Daily In­dependent.
 
However, a former senator Sani while condemning the move, said Amotekun is going beyond its mandate.
 
He wrote:

I'm so surprised that this statement is coming from a woman.Are you trying to justify the act of disgracing women based on their dress code by Amotekun?Do you realize that we're in a democratic system of government?
