"It’s Not A Sin To A Date Broke Man" -Nollywood Actress Didi Ekanem Advises Her Fans Ahead 2021

Nollywood Actress, Didi Ekanem has shared some relationship advice that might not sit too well her some of her female fans.

According to the thespian, that there should be no judgment when it comes to the male partners that ladies decide to allow into their lives and enter into a relationship with.

Didi further stated that it is not a sin to date a man who isn’t financially buoyant as she made a reference to how mothers in the past had ignored all odds and gone ahead to marry even if their partners were not exactly rich.

Part of her post reads ;

“If our mothers did not marry our broke fathers then, we will not be here. If you are lucky to find a man that takes care of you, lucky you then but don’t feel the need to make other women feel like they are unlucky because their destiny is different.”

“Money is good but don’t make it a yardstick for a good relationship. Stop calling men broke. If they become armed robbers now, you will complain. If they become yahoo boys, you will say God forbid, I can’t marry a yahoo boy, yet you call them broke.”

It is not a sin to date a broke man, stop misleading young women please”

You have understanding, and humble beginning is better. Money is not love no matter  your pretext, it's not gonna last, let it come from your heart whether rich or poor, you will have a piece of mind not minding the challenges.
