Boy, 5, hangs self in Ekiti (Page 3)

first nigeria police is never aware of any  incident useless police people

second i strongly belive that the little boy was killed because a little boy of 5 can not tie a rope so tight to that extent that will kill him no matter what the rope will loose that is my belive
