Desmond Kwesi Blackmore, known by his stage name D-Black, is a Ghanaian multiple award-winning & chart topping anglophone hip-hop and Afrobeat musician, entrepreneur, philanthropist & venture capitalist from Ghana.
Although “Enjoyment Minister” D-Black may hang out with “slay queens” all the time, when it comes to looking for someone that he wants to settle down with, they are not his taste.
In a recent interview with Graphic Showbiz, the BAM boss disclosed that certain lifestyles like extra-long nails and coloured hair, mostly attributed to “slay queens” turn him off completely.
“When I meet a girl, the first thing I look at is your fingernails and your toenails. And your hair, I don’t like it long with colors all over the place. I don’t like long nails. It gives me the impression that you are not serious. If your nails are long, how do you wash your plates when you finish eating. Those things are turn-offs for me,” he is reported to have said in the interview.
When asked what turns him on in a woman, he said, “I love career-driven, intelligent and passion-driven ones.”
D-Black is currently promoting his “Loyalty” album, out now on all platforms.
