relax jo...this tocip is not a big deal...women can wear it with things like short dresses...and that is not inappropriate at all that actually covers more skin.....and leggings are not always woren straight without anything else.....and if women do wear it straight that is their business...but please.. you don't have to cause all this wahala just cause of it..state your opinion finish....you don't have to chasticise people in the process
