The Police in collaboration with Vigilante in Sapele, Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State have arrested four suspected armed robbers in the town.
The Suspects were arrested during their operation along MTN road by pipeline Sapele.
The arrested suspects included James Wisdom a.k.a young diamond 25 years, Peter Ayodele 22 years, Ikolo Micheal 18 years and Francis Success 26 years.
The Delta State Police Command-led by CP Ari Mohammed Ali confirmed the report in a statement signed by the Acting Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe.
He noted that the Police recovered three (3) cut to size single barrels gun with eighteen (18) cartridges, a Lexus car with Reg. No. YAB 750 BP from the Suspects.
He added that, “Investigation is ongoing.”
