Most girls will always want to hang their handbag where they cant reach for it. Diamond ring for engagement , I wonder what they will want to wear on the wedding day, some of them will not even care if the man can provide it, they simply wants to look like Kate Middleton that had expensive diamond ring.

A proposal and a marriage is a spiritual event first.  Diamonds and a big celebration are not important.  What is important is that both parties are spiritually aligned, have good communication, respect each other and have a desire to submit to God and to each other.
