How often do you eat in a day? What are your eating habits like: Are you the type of person that can’t go without eating breakfast, lunch or dinner? What meal would you consider the best meal of the day? I know most people term to say that the best meal of the day is breakfast but it’s not everyone who eats breakfast if you ask me While we are on the topic of food, what is your favourite kind of food? And can you make it or others make it for you. If you don’t mind, share the recipes with us . P.S. why do African people, Nigerian men to be precise normally say that they haven’t eaten the whole day even though they ate not too long ago? I mean, if it’s not pounded yam then they consider they haven’t eaten for the whole day. Guys, Are you that kind of person?
