Wesley Snipes may be above the law as a vampire-hunter in the 'Blade' series, but in real life, the actor is in some big time trouble, Forbes reports.

Prosecutors in Snipes' case alleged that the actor had not paid any taxes on the reported $38 million he earned since 1999, in addition to several misdemeanor offenses. Although the star was acquitted of more serious felony charges , a Florida judge has ordered Snipes to begin serving his three-year sentence for his 2008 felony tax conviction

I heard the news about Wesley Snipes who has been ordered to begin serving his sentence for tax charges. In 2008, Snipes was convicted of tax evasion but has been free on bond. His attorneys have been appealing for a new trial. The motion for a new trial was denied. Snipes was ordered to serve out his three year sentence.
