Let us not forget the man was there. If after the autopsy it is proven that he did have sex with her but he lied to the police that he did not, there may be charges for his lies at least. Need to do toxicology tests to ensure that there is no foul play. If it turns out that she died of natural causes, you have to let the man go. If they had no sex, there may be a different reason why they met at the hotel? The dead woman is not able to talk. It is by interviewing the man, proper investigation would we know what exactly caused her death and what they were doing at that hotel room.
