A close associate of billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana has claimed that he is no longer in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Lucky Luciano, the Executive Director Cubana Group and a friend to Obi Cubana made the claim via an Instagram post.
Recall that Cubana whose real name is Obinna Iyiegbu was detained yesterday after honoring an invitation by the EFCC.
He was held in EFCC custody till the next day.
According to reports, his case borders on alleged money laundering, tax fraud, and abuse of naira notes.
