Buhari is the worst President in the history of the creation of Nigeria. What a crocodile tears he's shedding whenever the terrorists strike in Nigeria.
The importation of terrorists is Buhari's hand work.
In 2015 he and the governor with SMS (Small Man's Syndrome) El Rufai of Kaduna State brought Fulani terrorists from Sudan, Mali, Chad, Niger (Buhari's ancestral root) and other African countries onto Nigeria.
He brought them to destabilise the nation should he not win the election against Goodluck Jonathan.
Their plan was to make Nigeria ungovernable for Goodluck Jonathan.
But fortunately for him and unfortunately for Nigerian masses he won.
Now, to chase them back to their different nation became problem to him and El Rufai.
Buhari has renegade on what he promised them.
Hence reason they're fomenting attacks here and there. Especially in Kaduna State where El Rufai govern because he's part of the team that made failed promise to them.
So, Buhari knew about the emergence of the Fulani terrorists. He'll never address their issue but only sympathise with victims of their attacks.
What an hypocrite!!! He had the audacity to declare IPOB as a terrorist group, kidnap Nnamdi Kanu, witch hunt the Yoruba Nation agitators and putting pressure on Republic of Benin not to dare release Sunday Igboho but dare not refer to Boko Haram and ISWAP as terrorist group and treating Sheik Gumi as Special Envoy on Sambisa Forest matter. Or Ambassador for Sambisa Forest. Buhari knew the day he declare them as terrorist group, they'll invade Daura, his home town and attack his community.  The day his tenure comes to an end would be the day the terrorists would start hounding him like pack of wolves.
He preferred millions of Nigerians being killed than to declare them as terrorists and jeopardise the safety of him and his family.
Buhari is a tribal bigot, a religious extremist and has made Nigeria a failed nation.

Maybe Buhari doesn't understand how ICC operates.
They'll wait for his tenure to come to an end and his immunity comes to an end before inviting him to Hague for all the genocide him and his Fulani terrorists are perpetrating in Nigeria.
He, Buhari is not educated to that point.
Femi Adesina,  Lai Mohammed, Malami and Garba Lawal would disappear through the back door.
Buhari believed so much in British government backing. They're his slave masters and would do everything to support the Fulani in power.
