Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State has declared his intention to run for the office of the President in 2023.

He made this known after attending a meeting with State Chairmen of the Peoples Democratic Party in Abuja, describing them as ‘grassroot mobilisers.’

While calling for unity among party members ahead of the general elections, Governor Tambuwal noted that the PDP remains the hope of Nigerians.

He said the PDP is ready to take over power from the ruling All Progressives Congress.

Is Atiku Abubakar not from Sokoto state? Yes....
Aminu tambuwal is from Sokoto state too.
And this people happens to be very influential,
Both of them are PDP members too.
Can you imagine that,!!
Sokoto state is one of the most poorest and populated state in Nigeria.
Look at them contesting for presidency
Go and build Sokoto first with the money you both have gathered so far.
An leave presidency matter first....
