Former deputy spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, Aliyu Giwa,  has warned Nigerians of what the criminal code act says about witchcraft and the use of dark magic. In a thread he shared on his Twitter handle, Giwa stated that anyone who represents himself to be a witch or has the power of witchcraft is liable to two years imprisonment.
