Akpabio Wins APC Senatorial Ticket In Rerun Election After Stepping Down For Tinubu

Days after stepping down for former Governor of Lagos state, Bola Tinubu in the All Progressives Congress presidential primary, former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio, has clinched the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket for Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial district.

Out of the 540 delegates at the senatorial rerun primary election, 512 were accredited. Akpabio emerged winner with 478 votes, while Sir Joseph Akpan had one vote. DIG Ekpo Udom who initially won the first primary had three votes, while 11 votes were voided.
Speaking after emerging victorious at the primary election held at the Godswill Akpabio Empowerment Centre in Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area, Akpabio thanked the people for finding him worthy.
He said;
“I thank the Akwa Ibom North West senatorial district for finding me worthy to be given another opportunity to represent you in the Nigerian Senate. I recall when you gave me the first mandate in 2015 to 2019, I recall that there is no Senator ever that did the kind of empowerment I did for you.
“I know a lot of projects were done across the ten local government areas, from markets to water projects, to electrification project, to building of classroom blocks.”

Thabk you bro ! My disappointment of the Nigerian system is  indescribable. This is the same man who was fore runner for Tinubu .All those that step down for Tinubu ,did do too subvert and denied the runner up.Fayemi ,Akpabiao and the rest .They we’re all front runner for Tinubu .It was premeditated ,as a matter of fact Tinubu paid for their nomination form .Buhari and the party chieftains are stupid not to have ask them source of the money .Yeah listen carefully ! This man will monopolize Nigeria as a own product  , just like he did with Lagos state .The state pays Tinubu royalties weekly beside many billion worth businesses monopolized in his favor . Ok ! Y’all lent me your ears ! Do not vote Tinubu

You are such a backward person with this your stomach infrastructure mentality. In 2022, we are still praying for steady power supply, something that the rest of Africa has moved on from, and you are here supporting criminal ancestors because of the bag of rice and 5000 naira that they give to you to buy your vote and destiny.
