A 34-year old man, Andrew Ogabor, has been dragged before the Yaba Magistrates Court in Lagos for allegedly drugging, molesting a girl and posting her n#des online.
It was gathered that the defendant allegedly lured the victim into his apartment in Bariga area of Lagos, inserted sedative dr#gs into her drink and raped her and thereafter recorded her n@kedness and posted it on the internet.
PM Express reports that the suspect was said to have threatened to kill the victim when she confronted him about the video he posted online. He was reported to the police but his brother, Bernard Ogabor, was said to have obstructed the police from arresting him. He, was however, subsequently arrested alongside his brother.
During interrogation, the Police discovered that Andrew took different photographs and videos of the lady and released them on the internet in order to humiliate her.
The Police found him culpable and subsequently arraigned him for the alleged offence while his brother, Bernard, was charged for obstructing the Police from performing their duty.
They pleaded not guilty and the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. L.Y. Balogun, granted them bail and ordered their remand in the Correctional Centre pending when they will perfect their bail conditions and adjourned the matter for hearing.
