well myself i love self,and while i was in Nigeria my girlfriend too love sex, so we used to have a good fun and we don't live each other and many people wonder how we make it for the closeness between us..I never knew she was spoiling me , though the relationship could not last long because she cheated on me with a close cousin and that was the end of our relationship, well i think it is good men to have a self control for a reason which i can called break through temptation..few years go God help me and i was admitted in university in France a place where by i need to even learn the language to even communicate with any woman,so for almost two yeahs my body is heavy like a truck...and that was where i have to realized that what i was getting free of charge from Chennai is NOT good but she spoiled me, but i thank God along the line i meet Jesus and i do not even think of sex any longer so ..its good if we can have a self control as it will help us in case you find yourself in an environment where by you cant get sex even with your money because every thing is quids by law.....now i am waiting for my father to give me the woman that will takes care of me , so far by his grace i am saved

It is advicable for one to abstain from sex when you are noy married yet,And for the married ones during your menstation period,and some who are protecting themselves from giving birth to many children,abstain from sex during your ovulation period.THANK YOU.
