Funny I am currently reading a novel about a pastor that preached about strongholds-and no I am not a Christian. He said that God gave us power of control and some of lost control and that we all need to sieze back control. He said that Sex addiction is a tough one. To regain back control of addiction u need to keep ur mind off things that can remind you of it. It is hard for people to get over sex addiction, becuz it is everywhere. A very suggestive advert, movie, book can trigger it. Even PG movies hints at sex. So, Miss Barbie is right, praying + reading the holy books are one of a few activities u can participate in that will (shud) take ur mind of sex.

Most habits takes a full month to get rid of. After full abstenance from sex for about a month, then u need to set up a form of time-table for a long time so u r used to structure + decorum.
