Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season 7 housemate, Chichi, has said that she is not ashamed of working as a professional stripper. The exotic dancer stated this while having a conversation with Hermes in the garden on Monday, September 12, 2022. Hermes was talking to her about how impressed he is with the fact that she did not fit into the stereotype people have of ladies that strip for a living.
He said that housemates and viewers may have thought that she would be a loose lady when she entered the house, but she surprised everyone by sticking to her principles. In response, Chichi said stripping saved her from a lot of things in life and she is proud of the profession even though society does not see it as one.
”That hustle has saved me from a lot of things. I am not ashamed of being a stripper, it puts food on my table. It’s a profession but many people don’t see it as a profession, I am happy with the job because it helped me in this life,” she said.
It may be interesting to note that Segun Olusemo aka Sheggz had earlier called out his lover in the house, Bella, for allegedly trying to set a trap for him. He accused her of using the curvaceous backside of Chichi, who is a stripper, to tempt him into admitting something that would get him in trouble with her. During a conversation with Doyin on Friday morning, Sheggz narrated how Chichi was lying down on Bella who was playing with her behind. He said Bella then asked him if he likes what he sees, adding that she knows that’s what men love and when they leave the show she would like both of them to visit a strip club together. On her part, Bella said she was playing with Chichi in that manner because she loves teasing her men like that and she just wanted Sheggz to role-play but he was taking the matter too seriously. Meanwhile, Chichi had opened up on her traumatic experience growing up without parent figures.
The Exotic dancer revealed that her father was poisoned to death when she was a child and it’s something that she can never forget. She stated while having a conversation with fellow housemate, Deji, after lights out on Tuesday, 16th of August, 2022. Chichi also said that she was abandoned by her mother when she was just a baby, so it was her dad that raised her before the his untimely death.
