A viral video has shown the moment some residents attempted to rescue a man from flood in the Abuke Egba area of Lagos state today, September 19. The man who drowned was swept away by the flood and then got trapped in a hole covered with water. Passersby who saw him tried their best to pull him from the water.According to reports, efforts to rescue the man proved abortive.
