"Nigeria Voted For Change In 2015, But Got Poverty, Insecurity" – Atiku Blast Buhari

Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, has promised to combat poverty and insecurity if elected in the general election of 2023.

In Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom, the former vice president addressed on Monday at the launch of the PDP’s presidential campaign.

Abubakar, who had left the APC in 2017 — three years after he joined — said when PDP was in power, it “lifted Nigeria from the bottom to the top” and made the country the biggest in economic terms in Africa.

He claimed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) had fallen short of its election-year pledges to improve the nation after replacing the PDP.

“Nigeria said they wanted change, and they voted for change in 2015. What have we seen? What we have seen is poverty, insecurity, lack of jobs and disunity,” he said.

“Our children are no longer going to school. Is that what we want to continue with?

“Today, we have flagged off our campaign to rescue Nigeria from hunger, and poverty and to bring back the unity that we require in this country. Therefore, I want to appeal to all Nigerians by standing today in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, to ask them to vote for PDP.

“If you vote for PDP, it will be a return to prosperity; it will be a return to unity; there will be no more hunger and there will be security.”

Speaking on the lingering strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Abubakar said: “I swear, if you vote for PDP, you’ll all go back to schools; you will get jobs; there will be security; and there will be unity.”

A great bullshitter Atiku. 2023 election would force you to trace your root back to Cameroon.
I'm sure he has realised the mistake he made choosing Nigeria over Cameroon.  He could only win the Presidential election easily in Cameroon.
Let him contest ten times in Nigeria,  he'll never win the Presidential election.
Apart from being the spare tyre to Obasanjo,  what political power does Atiku possess? Nothing.
While he was serving as Vice President,  he sold a dummy to Obasanjo to privatise some Nigerian corporation. 
He, Atiku registered companies that bought all this corporation.  What a clever thief!!!!
He stole a lot of money when he was Comptroller General of the Custom and Excise. That's why Titi Atiku threw herself at him in order to facilitate easy clearance for her contraband smuggling business.
Ask yourself! How do you expect a man who owns company in charge of importation of Mikano generator into Nigeria to provide electricity for the Nigerians. Clash of business interest.
Let him contest 10 times, he'll be customer daada ni.
