l am so sorry this little boy if he can do this for his earnings, by the way what is happeing to this country of ours look at our leaders spending money as they like it is only God that will help us oooooo.

This demonstrate the absence of Child right in the Nigeria constitution.
Firstly there is no birth registration and social security number and address system.
The local government authority hardly can identify their service functions and responsibility to the people.
Parents also remain ignorants of Child right, just as the government.

In a country where there is Child right, access to food, shelter, education and protection is provided by both parents and the government. Government is not Federal government ,but local council from the ward . In a case of separation of couples, the custody of the child has to be established and social workers will continue to visit. Child support will have to be paid, amount determined by the economies of the parent without the custody and also the cost of living.

The government must wake up and put in place Child right law as enunciated in  the United Nations Child s rights.
