President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, in Abuja, thanked Nigerians for putting up with him since he resumed office in 2015. “Thank you for tolerating me…I consider myself lucky to have been a governor, minister and head of state and now president for two terms,”
Buhari told guests at the ninth and final Sallah homage held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The President who noted that he must have hurt some people in the course of his duties asked to be forgiven.
