Damilola Adeparusi aka Chef Dammy has reacted to a viral video of her begging for financial assistance online. Reacting, Chef Dammy denied ever begging for financial aid from anyone. The 300-level FUOYE student in a Twitter post warned blogs to stop propagating ‘fake news’. She claimed all who have assisted her did so out of personal conviction that she very well deserved it, insisting she never had to beg no one for money.
Tagging the blogs to her tweet, Adeparusi wrote: “There is nowhere that I have ever begged for financial assistance. Stop broadcasting fake news. “I have never begged for financial assistance from anyone. If anyone assisted me, it’s because they are convinced that I deserved it. Stop spreading fake news!”
